Reeling's Opening Night Gala begins at 6:30 pm with a festival kick-off reception, hosted by Pink Pages, in the historic Music Box Theatre lobby. Attendees will enjoy champagne and hors d'oeuvres from La Donna Italian Cuisine and Thai Classic Restaurant.

At 7:30 pm, the festival screens its opening night selection, D.E.B.S., adapted by Angela Robinson from her popular short film (shown at last year's festival). D.E.B.S. is a fun, frisky spy caper about a team of plaid-skirted schoolgirls recruited by a top-secret government agency. Starring Sara Foster, Meagan Good, Devon Aoki and Jill Ritchie as the D.E.B.S., the film also features a supporting cast full of favorites, including Michael Clark Duncan (The Green Mile) and Holland Taylor (Legally Blonde). D.E.B.S. adds up to a rollicking good time that helps launch this year's fest in sexy schoolgirl style.

The festivities will continue with an After-Screening Party at Izzo/Jones Arena + Studio for the Arts. DJs Oskar and Sky, along with ChixMix entertainers, Divas Nako and Tamale, will provide the entertainment. $25 includes the Gala Reception, Opening Night Film D.E.B.S., and admission to the Izzo/Jones Arena + Studio for the Arts After-Screening Party. Champagne will be flowing and a non-alcoholic juice bar will be provided by Cheetah Gym.
